Refund + Return Policy

Beauty Pro Distribution is a family-owned & operated wholesale business; we are not retail. Thank you for honoring this policy. While we wish for a more flexible approach, constraints of wholesale margins prevent us.

Returns

• Returns accepted for up to 30 days, with any return shipping cost the responsibility of the buyer.

• All returns must be in pristine, unopened, and untested condition. Any damage to packaging will nullify the return. 

• Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns are not an option for items that have been opened, used, or sampled, aligning with Canadian health regulations.

• Returns are not accepted on any electrical equipment or electronics.

• All clearance sale items are final sale

• Please allow up to 10 business days for payment to be posted by the merchant provider on the original credit card used for the purchase.

Defective Product

• In the event of defective product within 15 days of receipt of purchase, with refund, store credit and/or exchange will be honored.

• After receiving the returned defective item, our team will inspect it and issue a refund to the original credit card used for the payment.

• Please allow up to 10 business days for payment to be posted by the merchant provider on the original credit card used for the purchase.

Exchanges 

• No restocking fee

• Exchanges of unused, unopened merchandise may be accepted within 30 days of purchase. All exchanges are subject to verification and approval and may be refused at our discretion.

• Any mail-in exchanges require postage to be sent at customers expense.

Equipment Warranties 

• No warranties unless otherwise offered in writing.

• Warranties belong to the manufacturers, not Beauty Pro Distribution. Avoid returning to Beauty Pro Distribution unless instructed otherwise. Certain manufacturers may allow a 30-day exchange for verified and validated defects.

• Items deemed to be defective with management approval will be replaced only, or a store credit provided. We do not refund the method of payment.

• Manufacturer's specifications dictate warranty claims, varying by brand. Consult your included warranty card or connect with the manufacturer for in-depth warranty details.

Online Training + Digital Products

• All sales of online training + digital goods are final sale - no refunds or exceptions.

• Online Training Portal access is valid for 90 days following the date of original purchase, users are encouraged to download the Training Guide with the learning portal for future reference.

• Upon completion of the training, users are encouraged to download any certificates for future reference.

• Future certificate requests past training portal access will be charged a fee of $50 plus applicable taxes payable in advance.

• All clearance sale items are final sale.

• Any promotional offers valid on our website, can not be combined with any other offer and are subject to availability.

• The buyer is responsible to ensure that any purchases on Beauty Pro Distribution Inc. and all affiliated websites are used in full accordance with national, provincial, state and local government and/or governing industry bodies. Beauty Pro Distribution Inc. and all affiliated websites does recommend seeking consultation with your insurer before offering any new treatment/product.
