I purchased the dermaplaning training in November with the expectation of receiving access to the course and ongoing support. Unfortunately, several months later, I still have not received the training material despite multiple follow-ups.
What has been most disappointing is the lack of clear communication and assistance. I have provided proof of purchase and repeatedly explained that I am not receiving the emails or course access, yet the issue remains unresolved.
As a professional in the aesthetics industry, I invested in this training to further my education and provide safe services to my clients. It is frustrating to have paid for a course that I have been unable to access for months without a concrete solution.
I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this training.
