Ingredients:

Ingredients: Carbamide Peroxide, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Dionozed Water, Carbomer, Carboxymethyl, Triethanolamine, Polyvinylpyrrodone, Menthol.

Instructions:

Brush and floss your teeth. Dry your teeth with a tissue. Twist the pen to dispense a small amount of gel from the chamber. The first use may require additional twisting to dispense product. Smile wide keeping lips away from teeth. Apply a thin layer to teeth avoiding the gums. Relax your lips after 30 seconds and leave gel on teeth. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes following application. Use 1-2 times daily until teeth reach desired shade.

Warning: For cosmetic use only. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in a cool, dry area. Keep out of reach of children. Temporary tooth sensitivity may occur. Discontinue use upon sustained discomfort or irritation.
